Location is just above the town, lekker gardens to chill in, and brekkie is decent. We loved the spacious room and a dop at the bar after a day of exploring.

Food was just average, not too much variety, so do your research if you're after specific cuisines.

The premium king room we were given had a mini bar, a sofa bed, and central heating. Its location was magnificent, just off Tea County for the Munnar Stay, activities to submerge in around the resort area and near by restaurant who have big varieties.

It takes 5 mins by foot to the bus stop. It has really helpful staff and boasts fantastic views of the hills...

I enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of Tea County, with its well-maintained gardens that created a serene environment. The central location was great, saving time while exploring Munnar. Our room was decent-sized with essential amenities. The heating options were a nice touch during the rainy weather. The food selection was quite limited and repeated, particularly for breakfast. I hoped for more variety to cater to different tastes. There was also a delay in food service during meals, requiring frequent reminders for refills. The room I received had issues with moisture on the floor. My personal belongings went missing, and I found the staff's response to my concerns lacking. Despite some hiccups, the overall setting was visually appealing and offered a good base for our travels.

The hotel is enchanting and great, nestled in a nice building with hills views. The in-house restaurant for dinner is what you need.

A Hidden Gem with Lovely Views!

Although the restaurant's menu was limited, the surrounding views were amazing. We enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and respectful staff.

I had a good two-night stay in a Beautiful Double Room, enjoying the fine views and well-kept grounds. The breakfast spread was delicious, though the restaurant was a bit distant to reach, especially during the rain. I'd definitely return!
